Security plugin for ConsenSys GoQuorum

The security plugin is open source and available to all ConsenSys GoQuorum users.

The security plugin provides services to secure JSON-RPC servers, including:

• TLS configuration to enable HTTPS/WSS servers.
• Authentication.
